At our ten acre farm in Nambé, we grow as much of the restaurant’s greens and produce as the season permits.
Depending on the season, our sustainable garden produces mixed baby greens, arugula, frisée, cilantro, parsley, basil, Yukon Gold and ngerling potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, peaches and apples, white cucumbers, arrowhead cabbage and brussel sprouts, radish and beets, garlic, spring onions and even the owers on the table.
When we can’t grow it ourselves, we are committed to local and organic.
